The ASEAN & China Programmes (ACP) at Nanyang Business School offers continuous education with postgraduates' programmes and short-term executive development programmes. It aims to offer comprehensive training solutions to accelerate corporations' internationalization, to empower talent and leadership development, and to mitigate cross-cultural and geopolitical divergence.

The candidate is to collaborate with programme leadership and operation teams to develop and execute out-of-classroom learning journeys for key programmes. The candidate will develop strategic relationships with external stakeholders and partners; identify trending topics; and conceptualise and execute learning events.

Responsibilities:
  • Work with business development team in building relationships with strategic corporate partners
  • Create collaboration opportunities between corporate partners and programme office for seminars, guest speaking, and knowledge sharing
  • Seek active partnerships with corporates, government agencies, research institutes and associations
  • Proactively engage corporations and identify opportunities for training and development
  • Build strong relationship with key stakeholders, and find mutually beneficial ways of collaboration
  • Plan and organise learning events for multiple programmes such as field trips, industry engagement and seminars
  • Develop new opportunities of learning and experience through industry engagement and exposure to learning trends
  • Identify trending topics relevant to each programme
  • Work with programme directors to ensure that leaning journeys are aligned to overall programme objectives


Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Candidates with prior work experience in business consultancies and event management, as well as organisations that provide L&D/ Executive Development would be preferred
  • Proven track record of collaboration in past working experiences including internal and external successful project deliveries would be an added advantage
  • Knowledge and application of MS Office suite with a good level of proficiency
  • Chinese language proficiency, for communications with Chinese counterparts and students
  • Good understanding of Chinese culture and China's business environment
  • Ability to interact with people of varying levels and backgrounds
  • Analytical and thorough in his/her thought-process
