This role is to provide strategic and administrative leadership to support the Graduate College's academic and professional development missions for postgraduates. To oversee and coordinate programs, ensure compliance with the University's goals and strategic plan, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.

This role is to provide strategic and administrative leadership to support the Graduate College's academic and professional development missions for postgraduates. To oversee and coordinate programs, ensure compliance with the University's goals and strategic plan, and promote a culture of innovation and excellence.
The key responsibilities of this role are as follows:
- To plan and execute recruitment strategy aligned with NTU mission and goals to be a global university of excellence
- To plan and execute Graduate College's recruitment initiatives
- To design and execute recruitment campaigns to attract top talent to NTU research programmes
- To plan and manage postgraduate diversity and integration programme
- To manage Master's by Research Integrated Programmes
Requirements
- At least 5 years of working experience, preferably in marketing and branding
- Knowledge in data analysis and financial experience would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills
- Managerial and supervisory experience
- Strong analytical skills, project management skills, problem-solving skills, strategic thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application software (Word, Excel) and strong data analysis skills
