As the Business Development Lead for Enterprise Learning Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in our business development efforts, expanding our continuing education Programmes to the enterprise market in Singapore and beyond. You will lead our successful team to further increase market share, create new revenue streams, and seize opportunities through a comprehensive sales strategy, partnerships with university schools, and collaborations with industry and trade partners.

- Ensure training Programmes remain ahead of industry trends and aligned with best practices.
6. Engagement with Clients and Industry Partners:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients and partners, maintaining robust relationships while gaining insights into their training needs and collaborative opportunities.
- Collaborate closely to deliver tailored training solutions that secure market leadership and generate new revenue streams.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain quality assurance processes to ensure consistent, high-quality training Programme delivery.
- Continuously evaluate training effectiveness and drive improvements.
8. Financial Oversight:
- Manage the budget for the enterprise training division, optimizing profitability while supporting revenue diversification.
9. Market Research and Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive offerings, and emerging technologies in corporate training.
- Conduct market research to pinpoint and capitalize on market share expansion and new revenue opportunities.
10. Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure all training Programmes meet service-level agreements and contractual obligations, reinforcing our market leadership.
- Provide transparent and insightful reports to senior leadership on market share expansion, revenue diversification, and industry collaboration.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education with a minimum of 12 years of relevant experience and industry connections.
- Proven track record in enterprise training or corporate learning, driving revenue growth, market leadership, and revenue diversification through collaborations.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- A self-started and strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable and measurable plans.
- Deep industry knowledge and commitment to delivering high-quality training solutions.
