- Anticipate and address urgent matters promptly.
- Organize and maintain files, documents, and records.
- Conduct research and gather information as needed.
- Track and reconcile expenses.
- Handle personal tasks and errands for the CEO as requested.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Act as a liaison between the CEO and other team members or external contacts.
- Represent the CEO in a professional manner.
- Assist in planning and organizing corporate events or special occasions.
- Provide technical support for devices and software used by the CEO.
- Help the CEO manage their time effectively, ensuring a balance between work and personal commitments.
- Handle routine issues and address challenges independently when possible.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest enhancements.
