1. Administrative Support:
• Manage and maintain executives’ schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary.
2. Communication Management:
• Answer and manage incoming calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages, etc.).
• Facilitate internal and external communication — draft letters, memos, and reports.
3. Document Handling:
• Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
• File and retrieve documents and reference materials.
4. Meeting Coordination:
• Record, transcribe, and distribute minutes of meetings.
• Monitor, screen, respond to, and distribute incoming communications.
5. Executive Assistance:
• Liaise with internal staff at all levels.
• Interact with external clients and stakeholders.
6. Financial Administration:
• Assist with financial reports, budgets, and expense reports as required.
• Coordinate project-based work.
