Contract Admin (4 months) - up to $2050 #HHLT
Job Description:
  • Retrieval of invoices from SAP system and delivery notes;
  • Collation of invoices and delivery notes;
  • Submission of softcopy invoices/delivery notes to customer via online portal;
  • Submission of softcopy invoices/delivery notes/debit notes to customers upon their request
 
Requirements:
  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and MS Word
  • Able to start ASAP
  • Able to commit for 4 months
