Team & People Management

• Lead and coordinate internal and external stakeholders to drive effective account management and operational efficiency.
• Promote and share best practices within the team to ensure consistency and sustain operational excellence.
• Champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate and communicate with regional teams across APAC to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Customer Management

• Support daily operational management, including execution planning, utilization tracking, knowledge management, and communications. Ensure active customer engagement through regular business and performance reviews.
• Monitor KPIs, track improvement targets, and implement cross-country process enhancements to drive measurable performance gains.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities, standardize processes, and lead resolution of complex issues to achieve desired outcomes.
• Partner closely with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth and strategic development.
• Optimize data flows and enhance operational reporting accuracy and visibility.
• Conduct strategic capacity planning based on forecasts, particularly during peak periods.
• Analyze, map, and document current and future state processes within a standardized regional framework.
• Assist in preparing Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations.
• Collaborate with the implementation team on project management and execution to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Stay updated on APAC market developments and proactively provide customers with mitigation strategies.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
