Roles & Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers, show customers to their tables
Present menus, efficiently take customer orders including any special requests
Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any complaints
Ensure orders are correct and delivered promptly
Effectively communicate with Kitchen staff on order details
Input order into POS system
Arrange table settings and maintain a cleanliness and tidiness at the dining area
Maintain the table setting by clearing courses as completed, replacing utensils and cutlery, refreshing water glasses
Processing customer payments
Handle customer complaints in a polite and professional manner
Discuss with Kitchen staff and review daily specials, changes on the menu and requests made for reservations
Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of menu items and daily specials
To work independently and be a team player
Comply with safety, health and hygiene policies and procedures
To carry our ad-hoc duties as assigned
To always strive towards best customer satisfaction ensuring customers are satisfied with their food order, beverages and service
Able to handle Chinese / English Speaking customers.
MUST be able to work on weekends and Public Holidays
