Role Description

Poddster is seeking a Studio Host to help manage relationships with our clients on site. This is a full-time on-site position located in Singapore. Day-to-day responsibilities include working with clients to address inquiries, coordinating clients in the studio, taking care of our studio including studio logistics and maintenance. The ideal candidate should have deep passion for serving customers and making their Poddster journey an exceptional one and be able to share ideas with our existing team when working to help develop customer engagement and improve in-person customer experience in the studio.

Qualifications
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role ideally as a flight attendant or part of a reputable hotel chain as front desk, receptionist or attendant.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • There is no problem that cannot be solved attitude
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Passion for serving customers
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve independently while also contributing to a positive and collaborative team environment.
  • Fluent in English.
