We are looking for a Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Procurement team in our Singapore Headquarter and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory and shipping processes across Australia, New Zealand, and the Netherlands. Key Responsibilities:
Demand Planning & Purchasing
- Managing inventory planning and replenishment for regional warehouses (Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, and assigned markets).
- Oversee procurement operations, including demand planning, order processing, contracts, and shipping documentation.
- Analyse inventory and procurement data to identify risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
- Supervise and support junior staff to ensure operational excellence and compliance with procedures.
- Act as the escalation point for supplier issues, vessel delays, and abnormal stock movements.
- Communicate inventory risks, pricing changes, and supply constraints to senior management with data-driven recommendations.
- Operate direct container sales to Ireland, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers and shipping agents to ensure smooth shipments and manage account receivables when necessary.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement processes and reporting.

- Strong English proficiency in both writing and speaking, enabling clear communication with global stakeholders
- Familiar with incoterm
- Strong computer skills will be a plus
- Ability to multitask, highly organise and able to meet deadline
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- The ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
