As Defence Collective Singapore (DCS) grows, we are looking for motivated individuals to join our Infrastructure & Sustainability team. This role offers the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that support the Singapore Green Plan, protect national heritage assets, and enhance community spaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the planning, development, and improvement of infrastructure and facilities across multiple sites.
- Manage tendering and procurement activities in line with organizational policies.
- Oversee projects to meet quality, safety, timeline, and budget requirements.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, WSH, and environmental regulations.
- Support facilities operations to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable asset performance.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to deliver projects effectively.
- Manage contract administration, budgeting, and vendor performance monitoring.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives, including Green Mark, ISO standards, and related frameworks.
- Promote a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Real Estate, Project Management, or related disciplines.
- Fresh graduates welcome; experience in infrastructure, building management, procurement, WSH, or sustainability is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with project or sustainability tools is an advantage.
- Certifications in Green Mark, WSH, or ISO are a plus.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive, resourceful team player eager to learn and grow.
