Join our team as a Restaurant Hostess/Receptionist, where you'll be the friendly face welcoming guests, managing reservations and seating, and coordinating closely with the service crew to ensure a smooth dining experience. Who We Are Looking For

• At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred
• Minimum Diploma education
• Good command of English
• Comfortable with long standing hours
• Willing to stay/work in Singapore

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly salary between $2,900 - $4,000 (based on experience)
• Working Days: 6 days per week
• Working Hours:
  
  • 11:00am-3:00pm
  • 5:00pm-10:30pm
• Working Location: Fairmont Singapore, City Hall
• Meals provided, performance bonus

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome and greet guests professionally, managing seating and table arrangements
• Handle reservations, walk-in enquiries, and incoming phone calls
• Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and front-of-house operations
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the reception area
• Assist with customer enquiries, feedback, and other ad-hoc front-of-house duties
