Dental Receptionist

Working Hours:

5 / 5.5-day work week (required to work both weekends), 44 hours per week

5-day work week:

• Weekdays: 10am - 7.30pm
• Weekends: 9am - 5.30pm

5.5-day work week:

• Weekdays: 10am - 7.30pm
• Weekends: 9am - 5.30pm
• 1 off day on Saturday/Sunday
• Half day on a weekday: 10am - 3pm

Salary: $2200 - $2500
Location: Float between 3 clinics (Yishun and Sengkang)

Job Responsibilities:

• Front counter reception duties
• Answering phone calls
• Appointment booking and scheduling
• Patient registration
• Preparation and dispensing of medications
• Handling cash, e-payments, and NETS transactions
• General administrative duties
• Scanning and filing receipts
• Data entry (Excel)
• Ensuring clinic cleanliness and hygiene
• Any other duties assigned by the Dentist

Requirements

• 1-year relevant experience
