Administrative Assistant (with Accounting Duties)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 6:00pm

Work Location: Admiralty / Woodlands (near MRT)

Salary: $2,000 - $3,500 per month (commensurate with experience)

Job Description:

The Administrative Assistant (with Accounting Duties) will support the company's daily administrative operations and assist in accounting-related functions to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Handle general administrative duties including emails, stationery management, and banking matters (e.g. cheque deposits)

2) Attend to incoming calls and customer enquiries

3) Prepare and issue invoices to customers

4) Perform filing, photocopying, and scanning of relevant documents

5) Assist with basic accounting functions and provide support to the finance department

6) Liaise with customers, workers, and relevant parties for operational matters

7) Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

8) Work collaboratively with team members and contribute to a positive work environment

Job Requirements

- Minimum Diploma or Degree qualification

- Proficient in English; Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients, workers, and government-related matters

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

- Good coordination and communication skills

- Able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Able to work independently with a positive working attitude and willingness to learn

- Candidates who can commence work immediately or within a short notice period are preferred
