The company, a leading healthcare organisation in Singapore is currently seeking a candidate to join them as a Medical Programme Associate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Postgraduate Training Programmes, as well as medical seminars and workshops.
• Manage and conduct orientation programmes for new and short-term postings.
• Coordinate training for medical staff and process assessments for doctors.
• Support and administer the recruitment and onboarding processes for medical doctors.
• Compile and consolidate doctors’ non-working sessions for monthly reporting.
• Administer initial accreditation and renewal processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all training and accreditation records.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
