Our client is an established PE firm with a global presence. For this Team EA role, you will provide high level support to a Director and local team members, and provide annual leave cover for the wider global team
Main Responsibilities (this list is not exhaustive)
- Working with a network of EAs from all offices and investor companies to co-ordinate extensive and complex international travel across many different time zones
- Making visa arrangements as required
- Extensive Diary Management using MS Outlook - arranging meetings, lunches, booking meeting rooms with relevant facilities and greeting visitors etc
- Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing emails and flag as required
- Liaising closely with external investor relations consultants on meeting schedules and investor visiting programmes e.g. taking ownership of arranging all logistics associated with regular fundraising road shows
- Telephones - dealing with internal and external calls, answering queries, taking messages, arranging conference calls and covering other EA's phones and leave periods
- Managing travel budgets and expenses and processing invoices as required
- Setting up of files and maintaining any filing as required
- Supporting the organisation & implementation of ISG events
- Assisting in the preparation of correspondence and reports and putting together PowerPoint presentations to a high standard
- Use of the CRM system (DealCloud) - maintaining and updating client records, adding additional information where required
- Use of Intralinks system - assigning client (Limited Partners) access to relevant Fund documentation
Experience and Knowledge
- Minimum of 8 to 10+ years of extensive team EA experience in co-ordinating complex international travel itineraries gained in an international MNC environment.
- Extensive experience of providing EA or PA support to management
- Added industry exposure to PE, investment, or Financial Services is preferred. Or you come from fast paced and global environment where you are used to working across multiple time zones.
- Experience of managing international roadshows and working within Investor Relations is desirable (though not essential)
- High Level of IT Literacy with good experience of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel, Outlook and especially PowerPoint

- Flexibility (including working extra hours when required)
