Overview
Support the Restaurant Manager in leading operations, with added responsibility for supervising assistant managers and ensuring high standards in service, staff performance, and financial outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and enforce hygiene, safety, and brand standards.
• Lead assistant managers and team supervisors; mentor and train staff.
• Handle escalated customer issues and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, supplier coordination, and cost control.
• Assist in budgeting, reporting, and driving sales performance.
• Ensure consistency in food quality, presentation, and service delivery.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred.
• 4-5 years' supervisory/management experience in F&B.
• Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong knowledge of operations, financial reporting, and staff management.
• Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
