Responsibilities
• Work closely with other departments to ensure a holistic service delivery thatgenerates positive experience for patients along the continuum of care.
• Conduct proper planning of new clinical service(s) where assigned, which includesproviding projections on workload, identifying resources required and gettingthe necessary approvals to secure these resources, and manage key projecttimelines to deliver the project(s) on a timely basis and within budget.
• Secure budget and monitor utilization as well as manage procurement of equipment and consumables to support the operation of the clinic / ward.
• Support any Departmental-wide initiatives that impact clinical areas.
• Coordinate with internal i.e. legal, comms & external partners on initiativeexpansion.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and planning skills, with the ability to buildrelationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing andprioritizing multiple tasks.
• Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience in project management, operations, or a relatedfield, ideally in healthcare. However, prior experience in a hospital settingis not mandatory but may be advantageous.
