Join CubePay as an Operations Administrative Assistant and gain hands-on experience in operations and administrative support within a collaborative and supportive team environment. This entry-level role is suitable for candidates who are comfortable working on a computer and are keen to learn basic operational and system-related processes.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Job Scope
• \tPerform terminal parameter setup for all credit card terminals as the primary responsibility.
• \tAct as a setup checker to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with internal and client requirements.
• \tProvide parameter and setup-related support to other departments when required.
• \tAssist with general administrative tasks related to setup and customer service support.
Requirements
• \tComfortable working on a computer for most of the day (up to 8 hours).
• \tBasic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and general system usage.
• \tAbility to understand and follow basic technology or system-related instructions (training will be provided).
• \tProficient in English (spoken and written).
• \tResponsible, detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work independently.
• \tImmediate availability is preferred.
• \tSingaporean or Permanent Resident.
