Position title : Admin Assistant
Location: Boon Lay/Lakeside
*****[Company will move to new place in 2027 - still finding office (either North or West)]*****
Working Days: 5. 5 days Mon - Fri; Sat / Sun half day
Working hours : 9am -6pm | 9am - 1pm (Sat) or 2pm-6pm (Sun)
Salary : Up to $2800

Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
- Manage emails, files, and documents efficiently.
- Provide customer service to both internal teams and clients.
- Assist in resolving issues with practical solutions.
- Support sales team with client follow-ups and sales documentation.
- Maintain customer profiles and handle enquiries professionally.
- Coordinate with operations for smooth delivery of goods.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative tasks as needed.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Minimum qualification of Post Secondary / Diploma.
- Experiences in data entry, document management, customer service and keying invoice.
