Job Description
The Product Marketing and Portfolio Leadis responsible for driving high-volume acquisition for the core consumersegment. The role focuses on managing and optimising scalable acquisitionfunnels, executing tactical campaigns, and working closely with Online andChannel teams to ensure consistent, efficient performance of the mainstreamacquisition engine.
This role is critical to stabilising andscaling the core acquisition engine, allowing the broader organisation topursue differentiated growth opportunities in parallel.
Key Responsibilities
• Acquisition& Funnel Performance
o Own day-to-day acquisitionperformance across key funnels
o Track acquisition andconversion metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
o Work closely with Online andChannel teams to diagnose drop-offs and execution bottlenecks
o Optimise funnel performancethrough disciplined iteration and performance tuning
• CampaignDevelopment & Execution
o Plan and execute high-impact,tactical acquisition campaigns aligned to business objectives
o Respond decisively tocompetitive pressures through timely counter-offers and positioning
o Drive always-on and burstcampaigns to sustain acquisition momentum
o Collaborate cross-functionallyto ensure execution readiness and consistency
• Partnerships & Channel Expansion
o Drive co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners to extendreach and conversion efficiency
o Test and scale new acquisition channels through structuredtest-and-learn approaches
o Translate channel learnings into repeatable acquisition playbooks
• PerformanceGovernance & Collaboration
o Provide clear performanceupdates and recommendations to marketing leads
o Maintain strong alignment withcross-functional teams
o Ensure acquisition execution isdisciplined, accountable, and continuously improving

• Provenability to work cross-functionallywith digital, channel, and operations teams
• Comfortableoperating in high-volume,execution-heavy environments with clear performance targets
• Experiencein telco or subscription-based businessesis an advantage
