Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
- Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
- Oversee recruitment for permanent, temporary, local, and overseas positions
- Manage multiple recruitment channels including job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment events
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
- Mentor and guide junior TA team members to drive performance and continuous improvement
Employer Branding & Outreach
- Execute employer branding initiatives to enhance Econ Healthcare Group's presence as an employer of choice
- Support campus outreach, career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry events
- Collaborate with Marketing to develop engaging recruitment content for social and professional platforms
- Support employee referral and Career Ambassador programmes
- Lead the preparation of recruitment collateral for events and outreach activities
Data, Compliance & Reporting
- Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks and regulatory requirements (e.g. SNB, AHPC registrations)
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency
- Prepare recruitment reports for management review
- Ensure accurate data management and compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
- Support audits, HR projects, and other HR-related initiatives as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 4-5 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with demonstrated career progression
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and employer branding
- Familiarity with local and overseas hiring regulations; healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
- Proficient in recruitment platforms, job portals and social/professional media sourcing
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
- Self-motivated, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
