Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Execution
  • Support the development and execution of talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and provide market insights
  • Oversee recruitment for permanent, temporary, local, and overseas positions
  • Manage multiple recruitment channels including job portals, recruitment agencies, referrals, walk-ins, and recruitment events
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs
  • Mentor and guide junior TA team members to drive performance and continuous improvement

Employer Branding & Outreach
  • Execute employer branding initiatives to enhance Econ Healthcare Group's presence as an employer of choice
  • Support campus outreach, career fairs, recruitment drives, and industry events
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop engaging recruitment content for social and professional platforms
  • Support employee referral and Career Ambassador programmes
  • Lead the preparation of recruitment collateral for events and outreach activities

Data, Compliance & Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with pre-employment checks and regulatory requirements (e.g. SNB, AHPC registrations)
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve hiring efficiency
  • Prepare recruitment reports for management review
  • Ensure accurate data management and compliance with employment legislation and internal policies
  • Support audits, HR projects, and other HR-related initiatives as required

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 4-5 years of in-house Talent Acquisition experience, with demonstrated career progression
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, sourcing methods, and employer branding
  • Familiarity with local and overseas hiring regulations; healthcare industry experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms, job portals and social/professional media sourcing
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
  • Self-motivated, dynamic and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Mon to Thu 9am to 630pm

Fri 9am to 6pm
