Key Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
Requirements:
Candidates must be based in Singapore.
Overseas candidates will not be considered as we do not provide relocation support.

- Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a professional and timely manner
- Manage and replenish office and pantry supplies
- Prepare HR-related letters, forms, and documentation
- Support recruitment activities, including forwarding resumes, liaising with Recruitment Directors, and coordinating interview schedules
- Maintain and update staff leave records and personnel files
- Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative operations
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including applications for relevant work passes
- Provide general administrative support to secretaries and the wider team as required
Requirements:
- Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Prior experience in HR administration or office administration is preferred
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
