Responsibilities
• Oversee and manage financial counselling operations.
• Liaise with Billing Office on billing matters, including clarifications on patientbills and tagging of inpatient codes.
• Supervise daily ground operations in the Ops Room to ensure smooth workflows.
• Manage logistics, procurement, onboarding/offboarding, and administrative coordination with internal stakeholders (e.g. Legal, Communications) and externalpartners/vendors.
• Support programme expansion through stakeholder engagement and vendor management, including feedback for process improvement.
• Optimise and streamline operations workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery.
• Lead and facilitate ground operations meetings.
• Undertake other ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital platforms.
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital operations will be an added advantage.
