Job Responsibilities:
• \tScanning documents and records the scanned documents for bookkeeping purposes
• \tVerify and record collections received from wholesale customers
• \tOrganize and maintain proper filing and documentation
• \tPrint airway bills for orders from various online marketplaces
• \tAssist with packing orders for online marketplaces (approximately 30% to 40% of your time)
• \tAssist in printing sales invoices and key in purchase invoices
• \tReceive incoming stock from suppliers and verify accuracy against purchase orders
• \tAssist in checking stock prepared by the warehouse assistant for wholesale orders
• \tPerform other administrative duties as assigned by the Director
Requirements and skills:
• \tAt least O'Level or Diploma in Accounting/Finance, LCCI certified, or equivalent
• \tEntry-level candidates are welcome to apply; training and guidance will be provided
• \tProficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• \tKnowledge of Xero Accounting software is preferred
• \tStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• \tDetail-oriented, meticulous, and able to maintain accuracy in documentation
• \tWillingness to learn with a positive working attitude
