Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor/ Class 1 General Builder) and they provide full suite of integrated construction services and solutions in both the public and private sectors.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Lead and manage a team of Design/Coordination Engineers in coordinating design drawings with consultants to comply with requirements of the authorities
• Review and provide solutions to technical problems as well as planning, monitoring and reporting work progress for building & civil projects
• Provide guidance in preparing technical submissions for materials, construction methods and C&S shop drawings
• Lead the team in resolving construction issues on drawings and liaising closely with Architectural and M&E teams and the authorities.

REQUIREMENT

• Degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering with minimum 7 years' relevant working experience with contractors
• Preferably a Professional Engineer registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore
• Be conversant in Eurocode
• Be independent, analytical, highly motivated with excellent team spirit and interpersonal skills
• Candidates with 'Design for Safety for Professionals' certification will be added advantage
