Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR professional to support and lead HR strategy planning, compensation & benefits management, and HR policy governance. This role provides strategic and operational support to the HR leadership team through workforce planning, compensation analysis, HR reporting, and project management to drive organisational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and enhance HR strategies, frameworks, and policies
- Ensure HR governance and policy alignment across business entities
- Support workforce planning and organisational development initiatives
- Assist in designing and implementing compensation structures and payroll processes
- Manage annual salary review, bonuses, promotions, and agency funding programmes
- Monitor manpower costs, HR budgets, and compensation expenditure
- Oversee employee benefits programmes including insurance and healthcare plans
- Prepare HR dashboards, analytics, and management reports
- Translate HR data into insights for senior management decision-making
- Support HR projects, change management initiatives, and cross-functional coordination
- Stay updated on HR best practices, market trends, and employment legislation
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of relevant HR experience (Compensation & Benefits / HR Strategy / HR Analytics)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and HRIS systems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong confidentiality and professionalism
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
