Work Type: 11-Month Contract
Salary: Up to $ 5,475 per month

What you will be working on?

• Support senior leads in planning and coordinating event operations and side programmes held at external venues.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows to ensure smooth preparation and delivery leading up to events.
• Coordinate closely with appointed event organisers, venue partners, and vendors on all logistics and operational matters.
• Oversee on-site operations to ensure seamless execution of event elements and activities.
• Manage virtual event components, including platform setup, maintenance, and user experience coordination.
• Work with internal programme, operations, and systems teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date content on virtual platforms.
• Liaise with event management companies and technology vendors for virtual and hybrid delivery.
• Participate in project meetings, manage event documentation, and provide operational support across related programmes and initiatives.

What are we looking for?

• Singaporean only
• Minimum Degree in Event Management, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline.
• Prior experience in events management operations for exclusive APAC industry and ministerial eventprograms (i.e.: Conference) of up to 1000+ attendees.
