Job Scope:

• Perform maintenance of vendor records
• Assist in the preparation and mapping of vendor data
• Identify and block vendors who are no longer active or duplicated
• Handle all phone calls / emails promptly
• Obtain customer feedback to identify areas for improvements
• Complete other ad-hoc duties as requires

Requirements:

• Minimum A Level required
• Some customer service experience will be preferred
• Minimum commitment: 5 months
