As a Senior Assistant Manager (Operations), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Overseeing transition care programmes and community health posts
• Supporting operational planning across assigned areas
• Conduct data analysis to monitor workload and operational performance
• Manage manpower planning and resource allocation
• Collaborate with community partners to coordinate and deliver community operations
• Drive initiatives to enhance care delivery and residents' experience
• Pilot new programmes and operational processes
• Evaluate and adopt technology to improve workflow efficiency
• Assess pilot outcomes and recommend actions for future implementation
• Manage service-related feedback and address residents' concerns effectively
• Analyse feedback to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
• Develop team members to strengthen capabilities and maximise potential
• Foster team integration and collaboration

Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, or its related discipline.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
