Kertar & Sandhu LLC seeks to bring on board an Of Counsel/ Associate Director to join its litigation team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day conduct of the relevant matters, including drafting and reviewing court documents
• Represent clients effectively in negotiations, mediations, court hearings etc
• Work closely with team members to develop strategies and drive outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years' post-qualification experience required
• A Law degree from a local university or a recognized foreign institution under the Legal Profession Act
• Admitted to practice law in Singapore
