Job Description:
  • Perform Front desk duties such as answer phone calls, attend to customers and provide customer service for patients, scheduling next appointment and payment collection.
  • Handles general correspondence by sorting and responding to mail and emails, processing referral letters, and sending welcome and thank-you letters to patients and referrers.
  • Sanitize, clean and prepare the treatment room for the next day, ensuring lab work has arrived and promptly reporting any issues.
  • Support patient care from entry to exit, including appointment reminders, follow-ups, and post-treatment care.

Requirement:
  • Possess relevant receptionist/front desk or administrative experience
  • Strong people management skills or customer service skills
  • Team player with good communication skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Adaptable to change and able to handle customer/patient issues effectively.
  • Professional work ethic with attention to detail and proactive initiative.
