• End to end solution of customer enquiry and resolution

• Oversee the execution of marine service projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to deliver high-quality service to clients.

Documentation and Reporting:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project details.

• Ensuring generation of service reports as per services rendered on board vessel or in workshop

• Ensuring service reports and other relevant documentation are signed by end client up to the satisfaction

• Prepare regular reports for management on sales performance and service delivery.

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new or existing business opportunities within the marine industry.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
