Job Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support (filing, scheduling, document control).
  • Communicate with customers professionally via email/phone/WhatsApp; follow up on requests and submissions.
  • Prepare, compile and submit documents to relevant authorities/government agencies (e.g., applications, forms, supporting documents).
  • Coordinate internally to collect required information, ensure accuracy and completeness before submission.
  • Maintain proper records of submissions, acknowledgements, approvals, and related correspondence.
  • Support other office duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written).
  • Proficiency in Chinese is an advantage (spoken and/or written).
  • Comfortable communicating with customers and external parties; service-oriented and careful with details.
  • Able to handle documentation and follow procedures accurately; responsible and well-organised.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word/Excel/Email).
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizens/PR preferred; Malaysians who can work in Singapore will be considered).
