Duties and Responsibilities

Executive Assistant (50%)
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, manage expenses and coordinate travel arrangements for Group Director of Student Experiences & Group Futures Architect.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for meetings.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Support in organising events and presentations as required.

Administrative & Partnership Support (50%)
  • Maintain and update the education agent database accurately and in compliance with organisational standards.
  • Coordinate academic partnership agreements, including drafting, tracking, and follow-up on contracts.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely completion of partnership processes.
  • Generate reports and maintain records related to agents and partnerships.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Diploma in Business Management or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with database management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information.
