Key Responsibilities
Project & Operations Support
- Coordinate scheduling of site measurements, installations, and service works
- Ensure accurate processing of orders, quotations, and cost documentation
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth workflow
- Support project managers with paperwork and customer updates
Office & Administrative Duties
- Maintain proper record-keeping, filing (physical & electronic), and scanning
- Handle reception duties: calls, emails, courier services, and visitor arrangements
- Manage office & pantry supplies, renovation samples, and facility upkeep
Customer & HR Support
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide follow-up where needed
- Assist in HR-related administration such as attendance records and staff files
Requirements
- At least 1 year admin/project coordination experience (renovation/ID preferred)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Positive working attitude and good communication skills
