Responsibilities

• Work closely with team leaders to ensure smooth operations
• Manage ground operational issues, feedback and complaints
• Implement service initiatives and training to staff, and monitor service standards to ensure pleasant patient experience
• Oversee staff well-being, team building and team dynamics
• Manage manpower planning and workflow

Requirements

• Degree in any discipline
• At least two years' working experience, preferably in healthcare or service industry
• Diploma holders with at least five years of relevant experience may be considered
• Proficient in MS Office
• Experience in leadership roles
