LIMN Law Corporation invites applicants for a Legal Secretary position to join our team. The Firm, having been set up in 2018, has carved out a niche for itself in the key area of Construction Disputes and we are looking for a team member who is equally driven and highly motivated to join us.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Law/Business or equivalent;
• IT savvy (MS Office, Outlook and Adobe etc);
• Good command of written and spoken English;
• Able to work both independently and in a team;
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment;
• Meticulous, a strong sense of responsibility and a positive work attitude.

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient legal and full administrative support to fee earners;
• Provide file and calendar management;
• Assist with file and office related financial matters; and
• Other secretarial or administrative functions as required.
