Position: Receptionist (Japanese speaking) (Job ID: 19986) - CK

Salary: Basic up to $3,500 + AWS + VB

Alternate 5.5 days work week, alternate Saturday 8:30~12:30

Responsibilities:
・Handle patient registration and provide front-line customer service.
・Manage appointments, scheduling, and incoming calls in a professional manner.
・Update and maintain medical records in accordance with PDPA requirements and clinic policies.
・Accurately register patient information in the clinic's database and ensure data integrity.
・Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support clinic operations.

Requirements:

・Proficiency in Japanese (spoken and written) for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients.
・Min. GCE 'O' level or equivalent.
・Basic computer applications.
・Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
・Strong customer service mindset with a pleasant and patient-friendly disposition.
