Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead B2C growth strategies in collaboration with distributor partners.
  • Oversee distributor marketing activities to ensure alignment with brand standards.
  • Execute retail campaigns to support consumer acquisition and engagement.
  • Analyse sell-in/sell-out data, campaign results, and market trends to drive informed growth decisions.
  • Partner with brand, product, and commercial teams to ensure cohesive market execution.

Requirements
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in B2C sales, distribution management, trade marketing or a similar role.
  • Good understanding of the FMCG industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
  • Strong relationship-building skills to engage and collaborate with distributors, trade customers, and internal teams.
