Job Description

Support research and analysis efforts to guide organisational planning and decision-making. Lead the design and execution of surveys to gather meaningful insights. Work with internal teams to improve processes and contribute to ongoing innovation efforts.

Responsibilities

• Plan, carry out, and interpret surveys to support research goals and provide useful insights.

• Use research findings to help inform decisions and recommendations.

• Support improvements to survey processes and reporting tools.

• Work with colleagues across teams to streamline workflows and support organisation-wide improvements.

• Prepare clear, well-structured reports and present findings to management and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in a related field such as business, statistics, social sciences, or similar.

• 3-5 years' experience in research, insights, or data-related work is preferred.

• Comfortable working with data and reporting tools.

• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Additional Information

• Work Schedule:

• Mon-Thu: 8.30 am - 6.00 pm

• Fri: 8.30 am - 5.30 pm

• Salary Range: $3,050 - $6,250 (commensurate with experience and qualifications)
