• \tCarry out daily accounting tasks and office admin tasks including but not limited to

o\tdata creation & entry, reconciliation, documentation

• \tPreparing & reporting weekly and monthly performance including but not limited to

o\tsales & promotions, store performance metrics, monitoring reports

• \tCo-ordinating with outlets but not limited to

o\t Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams

Key Abilities

• Accurate and timely data entry

• Basic understanding of accounting and administrative tasks

• Good written Communication Skill

• Comfortable using Excel for reporting (training provided to improve skills)

Experience/Skills

• Diploma or higher qualification

• Part qualified accountant / accounting certification useful but not necessary (training will be provided)

• 2-4 years work experience in related fields
