Job Scope:

• Oversee daily operations and front counter services at assigned service points.
• Partner with Nurse Managers and key stakeholders to enhance processes, resolve operational issues, and improve patient care.
• Achieve service volume and financial targets through effective planning and performance monitoring.
• Manage budgets, conduct regular reviews with clinical heads, and support the development of new services.
• Lead and develop a team of non-nursing staff, ensuring effective communication, staff engagement, and timely issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Minimum 3 years' work experience in Healthcare Industry, Healthcare operations experience is advantageous
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proven project management skills with the ability to lead cohesive and collaborative cross-functional teams
