Key Responsibilities
- Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.00m, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Fridays: 9.30am to 6.00m, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of working experience as a receptionist/ admin assistant in a MOE Secondary School environment
- At least GCE N Level certification
- Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player
- Able to use Microsoft Word applications such as Word and Excel
Key Responsibilities
- Attend to students, parents and walk-in visitos queries
- Attend to goods delivery
- Coordinate bus bookings and oversee bus booking orders for the school
- Attend to students leaving school early, prepare early dismissal slips(for students unwell or medical appointment)
- Assist in managing the sickbay and attend to unwell students
- Providing first aid to students who are injured
- Assist and guide staff on completion of incident report
- Register of door access card and issuance to staff
- Tracking of number-lock padlocks for all classes, keep up-to-date issuance records
- Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority
