Working Hours
  • Mondays to Thursdays: 9.00am to 6.00m, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Fridays: 9.30am to 6.00m, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of working experience as a receptionist/ admin assistant in a MOE Secondary School environment
  • At least GCE N Level certification
  • Possess good communication skills and able to work independently as well as a team player
  • Able to use Microsoft Word applications such as Word and Excel

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend to students, parents and walk-in visitos queries
  • Attend to goods delivery
  • Coordinate bus bookings and oversee bus booking orders for the school
  • Attend to students leaving school early, prepare early dismissal slips(for students unwell or medical appointment)
  • Assist in managing the sickbay and attend to unwell students
  • Providing first aid to students who are injured
  • Assist and guide staff on completion of incident report
  • Register of door access card and issuance to staff
  • Tracking of number-lock padlocks for all classes, keep up-to-date issuance records
  • Assist in other office or admin duties assigned by the Authority
