Job Description

Develop and build the sales channel for International Marketing ( IM )
  • To grow RMG's topline revenue across all service types from foreign patients and expatriates in Singapore in the immediate term, marketing the group ecosystem with a Pan-Asian presence.
  • To build a continuous pipeline of foreign patients and expatriates seeking care in RMG facilities worldwide in the near term.
  • To lay the foundation for entrenching RMG as a provider of choice for foreign patients and expatriates in the middle and long-term, through the creation of partnerships and collaborations in each of the countries of interest.
  • To work generally with RMG Indonesia and Vietnam Representative Offices and the various Overseas Associates in conjunction with country leads and subject-matter experts based in the Singapore office.
  • To identify new growth areas.
  • To propose and implement marketing opportunities.
  • Travel as needed to the countries of interest.
  • Key countries of interest may be revised from time-to-time and currently comprise Indonesia and Vietnam (for fly-ins), China and India (expatriates in Singapore), and Russian-speaking territories (such as Russia and Kazakhstan) and Mongolia for diversion to RMG facilities in China.


To be an anchor member of the Global Corporate Agreements ( GCA ) team
  • To strengthen existing relationships with International Private Medical Insurers (IPMI), local Private Medical Insurers (PMI) and medical evacuation companies.
  • To increase the wallet-share from these payors through business development and partnerships.
  • To find opportunities for co-creation and deeper collaboration to further institutionalize the relationship between RMG and these payors.


Interface with Operations
  • To be involved in developing protocols, processes and procedures with leads from Operations such as colleagues from the Raffles International Patient Centre and from Raffles Medical GP Network and Raffles Hospital Operations.


Omnichannel Marketing Capability
  • Work with the Digital and Non-Digital Marketing team on the roadmap to outreach to foreign patients and expatriates in Singapore
  • Collaborate with the Digital and Non-Digital Marketing team to identify the key moments of truth in the patient journey and the necessary marketing interaction to drive improvements in patient retention and the acquisition of new patients.


Supervisory Role and Mentorship
  • To undertake a supervisory role in due course with direct reports.
  • In line with leadership planning for the next generation of RMG leaders, to provide mentorship and guidance to these direct reports.
