Working Hours:
  • Mon-Thu: 7:00am to 3:00pm (30 mins lunch)
  • Fri: 7:00am to 2:30pm (30 mins lunch)
  • No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted holidays

Job Responsibilities

Manning General Office Counter
  • Manage General Office reception
  • Attend to students, parents, and walk-in visitors
  • Handle phone calls
  • Attend to goods delivery

General Administrative & Operations Support
  • Assist in general admin and student-related duties
  • Handle booking of rooms and other resources
  • Provide admin support for school events and programmes
  • Manage filing, data entry & document updates
  • Assist in procurement support & asset management
  • Prepare reports and ensure up-to-date documentation
  • Coordinate logistics for school activities
  • Ensure proper management of forms, records & inventories

Other Duties
  • Any other admin or operations duties assigned by the Authority

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' working experience in admin/operations (preferably in a school)
  • GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent
