Working Hours:
- Mon-Thu: 7:00am to 3:00pm (30 mins lunch)
- Fri: 7:00am to 2:30pm (30 mins lunch)
- No work on Saturdays, Sundays & gazetted holidays
Job Responsibilities
Manning General Office Counter
- Manage General Office reception
- Attend to students, parents, and walk-in visitors
- Handle phone calls
- Attend to goods delivery
General Administrative & Operations Support
- Assist in general admin and student-related duties
- Handle booking of rooms and other resources
- Provide admin support for school events and programmes
- Manage filing, data entry & document updates
- Assist in procurement support & asset management
- Prepare reports and ensure up-to-date documentation
- Coordinate logistics for school activities
- Ensure proper management of forms, records & inventories
Other Duties
- Any other admin or operations duties assigned by the Authority
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years' working experience in admin/operations (preferably in a school)
- GCE 'N'/'O' Level or equivalent
