Contract Period:

• 1 Mar 2026 to Feb 2027 (12 months)
• 1 Year Optional renewal by School

Deployment:

• Mon to Thurs: 8.30am to 6pm (Inclu. 1 Hr Lunch break)
• Fri: 9am to 6pm (Inclu. 1 Hr Lunch break)
• Service not required on Sat, Sun and PH's

Scope of Works:

The duties will include as follows:

1. Providing good frontline customer service - including handling enquiries (calls or in-person) and rendering assistance to students and staff;
2. Management and compilation of data and drafting of simple corredpondences
3. Collection and verification of documents;
4. General office administrative duties & ad-hoc logistics and operational support; and
5. Other general duties or projects assigned by the school.

Requirements:

• 3 or more GCE Passes
• Min 2 yrs of experience preferably in school setting.
• Proficient in MS office
