  • Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (incl. 1 hr lunch)
  • No Work: Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays

Scope of Services (Receptionist)

Key Responsibilities

  1. Frontline Customer Service
    Handle phone & walk-in enquiries
    Assist students, staff & visitors
  2. Data Management & Simple Correspondence
    Compile data
    Prepare simple letters/emails
  3. Document Handling
    Collect & verify documents
  4. General Office Administration
    Admin duties, logistics & operations support
  5. Other Duties
    Support any additional tasks or projects assigned by the school

Qualifications, Skills & Experience

Acceptable Qualifications (Any one):

  • Office/Business Certificates:
    Certificate in Office Skills
    Nitec (Office/Service Skills)
    Higher Nitec (Business Admin/Accounting/Business IT/etc.)
    Business Studies Certificates (Admin/Secretarial/Accounting)
  • OR: 3 GCE 'O' Level passes (incl. English or Math)
  • OR: 3 GCE 'N' Level passes (incl. P3 English & Math)
  • OR: ESS Career Readiness / WPLN Level 5 equivalents

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
    ✔ Frontline customer service
    ✔ General administration
    ✔ Preferably in a school environment

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Comfortable with IT systems
  • ⛑️ Basic first-aid knowledge (advantage)
