Scope of Services (Receptionist)
Key Responsibilities
- Frontline Customer Service
Handle phone & walk-in enquiries
Assist students, staff & visitors - ️ Data Management & Simple Correspondence
Compile data
Prepare simple letters/emails - Document Handling
Collect & verify documents - General Office Administration
Admin duties, logistics & operations support - Other Duties
Support any additional tasks or projects assigned by the school
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
Acceptable Qualifications (Any one):
- Office/Business Certificates:
Certificate in Office Skills
Nitec (Office/Service Skills)
Higher Nitec (Business Admin/Accounting/Business IT/etc.)
Business Studies Certificates (Admin/Secretarial/Accounting) - OR: 3 GCE 'O' Level passes (incl. English or Math)
- OR: 3 GCE 'N' Level passes (incl. P3 English & Math)
- OR: ESS Career Readiness / WPLN Level 5 equivalents
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in:
✔ Frontline customer service
✔ General administration
✔ Preferably in a school environment
️ Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Comfortable with IT systems
- ⛑️ Basic first-aid knowledge (advantage)
