Job description:
Requirements:
- Answer phone calls and re-direct to relevant personnel
- Support on HR admin matters such as liaising with MOM on employment pass, preparation of HR letters, assist in arranging job interviews, maintenance of leave records
- Process staff claims for finance approval, ensuring proper documentation and timely records
- Coordinate office maintenance with vendors eg. Air con, fire extinguisher, cleaner
- Maintain pantry and office supplies
- Assist in coordination of ISO and BizSafe Audit
- Collaborate with Finance on billing matters
- Collaborate with Indoor Sales on checking of goods receipt/delivery and participation in quarterly stock take
- Other ad-hoc administrative work
Requirements:
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-starter
- Well organized, meticulous and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
- Effective at prioritizing, organizing and meeting task deadlines
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Able to read and write Mandarin
