Job Description:
  • Assist in various organizational tasks, ensuring efficient execution and support across departments.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and data entries.
  • Generate reports based on data analysis.
  • Coordinate effectively between staff and vendors, arranging necessary logistics.
  • Manage inventory control and oversee equipment maintenance.
  • Perform additional duties as required by management.

Requirements:
  • Pro-active and Willing to learn
  • Able to speak Mandarin, as it is required to speak to our stakeholders who are able to speak other languages.
  • High attention-to-detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Application
  • Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM
  • Working Location: 107 Eunos Ave 3
